بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
الٓر تِلۡكَ اٰيٰتُ الۡكِتٰبِ الۡحَكِيۡمِ ﴿۱﴾ اَكَانَ

Surah Yunus Listen Online
Surah Yunus is the 10 Surah of Quran. It was revealed to the Holy Prophet in Makkah.
This Surah consists of 109 verses, 11 Ruku and it is the first of the six
Surahs which opens with three letters A, Lam and Ra. The opening verses of the
surah discuss the dialogue between Islam and the disbelievers and the rest are
based on the stories of Prophet Noah (pbuh), Prophet Moses (pbuh) and Prophet
Jonah (pbuh).
Surah
Yunus is a Mickey Surah and has 109 verses. He is named after Hazrat Yunus and
is mentioned in verse 98. The first 1 to 70 verses of Surah Yunus are based on
arguments and dialogue between Islam and the disbelievers. The rest of the
surah consists of the stories of Hazrat Noon, Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Yunus.

One who recites Surah Yunus once in two
or three months will have no fear of being counted among the people of
ignorance and Allah will raise him among the people of Allah on the Day of
Resurrection. Verse 26 of this surah mentions a special reward for those who
recite it: "For those who do good, the best reward is more and more.
There will be neither darkness nor
humiliation on their faces. Are living where they will live forever. " The
reward for reciting this surah is equal to the number of people who have
testified to Allah. This Surah has been recited to get closer to Allah
Almighty.
