World Cup Final Viewership 2022: (“beIN”) is marking its World Cup™ victory by revealing record viewership figures for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. It recorded more than 5.4 billion cumulative views across the Middle East and North Africa during the month-long tournament and 1.1 billion views on its official social media channels.

2022 World Cup Final Record-Breaking Cumulative Viewership

The highly-anticipated final match that ended with Argentina winning the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ 4-2 on penalties against France was watched by an astonishing 242.8 million viewers on beIN' free-to-air channel. This number equates to 68% of MENA's total adult population, more than two-thirds and, when analysed per country, the results show that viewership was particularly strong in Qatar, which accounted for 93% of the adult population. 91% of adults in Morocco. The semi-final decider between Argentina and Croatia attracted 166.3 million viewers across the region.
